As co-founder of Enhanced Recordings one of the biggest Trance labels nowadays, Will Holland has ‘enhanced’ audiences with one of the most consistent trance record labels in the world. From a production prospective, Holland has an array of awards from Mixmag’s “Compilation of the Month” to several “Tune of the Month” praises. Since 2005, he has made an excellent effort in supporting trance music one tune at a time. Further more, he needs no introduction to whom he is or what his aspirations are since we know already that he is leading the Trance scene already. Interview with Sandro Silva
Sandro Silva is one of Holland’s most promising new production talents. He is known for his broad, energetic sound that is so perfectly combined with a musical depth acquired by his years of piano study. Starting his career in dance in 2006 at the age of 15 (!), Sandro Silva has already released tracks on Tiger Records, Spinnin’ Records and Laidback Luke’s Mixmash label.It is through Laidback Luke’s coaching and support, that Sandro was able to develop his DJ and producing skills at such a rapid pace. His talent has certainly not gone unnoticed by some of the biggest, most accomplished artists in the scene: His release, ‘Prom Night’ was featured as an Essential Choice on Pete Tong’s BBC radio show. Ministry of Sound presents Chilled House Session Two
The first CD begins with Eric Pryda’s brilliant vocal hit, “Niton (The Reason)”, added with a touch of Ministry of Sound flavour on the remixing duties. As the second track, and a club hit favourite, Kaskade & Deadmau5′s “Move for Me” might have been a better choice for an opening chilled compilation but nonetheless a good choice in the introduction.
The album begins to give reasons to move to with Michael Cassette’s mellow electro hit “Summer” which transitions well into the galactic monster Adam K & Soha call “Twilight”. Groove Armada’s remixed track of “History” acts as a medium transitioner to an upbeat Tensnake’s “Comacat”. The Round Table Knights mix is perfect fit for “Comacat”; however, is not a fit-able suitor for the previous track. This is not a reason to stray away. Ellie Goulding’s “Starry Eyed” will have your ears just as star-struck and gives you a chance to get off the couch and chill into a more danceable mode. Read more
