    The 2x12" is a deluxe edition of Jon O´Bir´s upcoming Debut Album "From Within". Jon O´Bir is one of those talented young producers who took the dance scene by storm. In 2002 when Jon O´Bir captured dance scenes attention by winning Passion´s M8 Magazine´s DJ Mix competition he appeared constantly on BBC´s Radio 1 for Fergie´s Essential Selection or Armin van Buuren´s ´A State of Trance´ show. This helped propelling his name to a wider audience. After a sensational ´Essential Mix´ for BBC in 2006, Radio 1 offered Jon a slot on ´The Residency´ alongside Eddie Halliwell and Nic Fanciulli, broadcast live on the UK´s most listened to radio station.


    He also became involved in Radio 1 events such as ´One Big Weekend´ in Sunderland or it´s ´10 years in Ibiza´ live from Space, Ibiza. Nowadays, next to traveling the world as DJ, the former Godskitchen resident shows excellent taste and instinct for dancefloor destroyers as label manager for Conspiracy Recordings, is hosting his very own radio show ´Ways & Means´ all around the globe and proves an outstanding producing talent! With incredible clean and energetic sound of tracks like ´Ways & Means´, ´Solar Movement´ or ´Sunrise´ Jon gained Paul van Dyk´s attention and signed the album right from the spot to his label VANDIT Records. With the rising popularity of his productions, radio show and record label while still under 25, the future looks very bright for Jon O´Bir.

    During his residency at Godskitchen, Jon gained respect from DJ´s and clubbers for his flawless warm up and energetic peak time sets. He showed how diverse his resident skills were by warming up for Sasha, Tiesto, Paul van Dyk and many more big name acts. He also worked on a number of remixes, including the massive ‘Jose Amnesia ? Louder’ released on Armin van Buuren´s label, Armada.


    As label manager of Conspiracy Recordings, producer and DJ he is totally into the music business and always up-to-date! His sound is fresh and energetic and we are very proud to release the first single "Ways and Means" of his fantastically upcoming debut album "From Within" on VANDIT.


    And Yes: Paul van Dyk himself turns in a force 10 remix, with peerless production and endless bounce. Neal Scarborough takes an even more euphoric approach, with an ear-feast of lifts and an erupting end. He already gained lots of success for the dancefloor killer "Madagascar" and completed a full package of unique quality sound!!
