    1. Marc, first of all I would like to say that you are one of the most promising DJ & producer nowadays and I am very delighted and glad to have this exclusive interview for TranceSound.net with you. Please tell us about any upcoming projects you have been recently involved in ?

    Marc van Linden: A lot of collaborations at moment. What can I say ? It's TOP SECRET! Just kidding! :-) I am working on the new Marc van Linden single, which will be released in september, actually this month. A collaboration with Milkwish from Poland and a collaboration with my best friend Martin Roth from Germany coming soon.


    2. When did you start your career ? Can you please tell us more about you as an EDM artist and if things like your style changed since the beginning ?

    Marc van Linden: I produced my first tracks in 1994. In the last ten years, I developed my productions and my DJ sets by influences of my tours, my collaboration with various artists and through the constant development of electronic music.


    3. Some of your solo singles like "AM 2 PM", or else "Until Monday", "These Days" and also "London Approved" were pushed and played by many of the global players like Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Dj Tiesto, just to name a few, how do you feel about this ? In which way do You think this helps Your career ?

    Marc van Linden: For me it's an honor to be on such playlists like Paul van Dyk an DJ Tiesto, but it's more important for me, to feel the positive reactions from the crowd in the clubs.


    4. You have founded your own label called "Midway Records" and I have been told that your label is a platform for new and innovative artists, as well as your own productions. What made you found your own label ? Please tell us about the goals you have within "Midway Records" and what kind of music are You interested into production. Thank you indeed !

    Marc van Linden: I started in 2005 with my own label "Midway Records" because I want to help young talents and I want to release my own productions faster.


    5. You have traveled around the globe promoting and presenting your "MVL-SOUND". You have performed in a lot of countries around the globe such as USA, Japan, Australia, China, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Sweden, Poland, to name a few of your worldwide stops. Please tell us which of these countries did you like the most and which event you have attended at and you like the most ? There must be one of so many, I have to say.

    Marc van Linden: I was very fascinated by Japan, especially Tokyo. There are very interesting clubs around the world and it is difficult for me to favor one of them.


    6. "MY WAY" is the name of your debut album defined by many best of set, so flexible like You are and so chameleonic like your fans love you - "in your way", can you please tell more about this album, and what made you name it "MY WAY" ?

    Marc van Linden: The album describes my way, my success story. Therefore it is called "My Way".


    7. Being supported and appreciated by the Dj community, you must had a lot of collaborations with other EDM artists, can you name a few of the projects you have been involved in with other producers or Dj's as well, and which was the artist you had the best collaboration with ?

    Marc van Linden: All collaborations on my album and at the moment I'm working on a track called “Kickback” with my best mate Martin Roth.


    8. Are there any upcoming projects, releases and events that You will attend, that You would love to share with us too, making us the first to know ?

    Marc van Linden: Sure, I will play my first South America Tour and I'm working on many interesting projects for my second label “Farbenfroh”.
