    Celebrating 10 Years Of VANDIT Records, Van Dyk has announced an online competition that offers PvD fans the chance of a lifetime: to serve as the opening DJ at the double-header Club Space celebration. Paul van Dyk and DJ Times has invited aspiring DJs and producers to submit a 30-minute DJ mix showing of their mixing and DJing talents. The winner of the competition will serve as the opening DJ on both of the Club Space party nights, taking place during one of the world's most important music festivals and at the side of one of the world's most influential producers and DJs.

Following the overwhelming response to Funkerman's Automatic Remix Contest last year, the label chief of Flamingo Recordings has joined forces with vocal behemoth Shermanology to launch a fabulous new competition.

All world class DJs and producers on in own right, but joined together they form one of the most dynamic teams in modern club music – Swedish House Mafia. If you are attending this years Winter Music Conference you’ll have but one chance to see what the rage is all about as Swedish House Mafia play an exclusive gig at the Ultra Music Festival in Bicentennial Park on Saturday, March 27.

    Starting things off on March 23, Anane, the beautiful wife of Louie Vega drops in with a record release party at the W Hotel for her eclectic new artist CD, Ananesworld. This is just the first of many great things to come between Nervous and the Vega camp in 2010! On March 24, King Britt gets in the mix @ Electric Pickle with a record release party for his final conventional dance album Intricate Beauty. On March 25, the signature event, "Nervous All Night!" takes place at Park West Nightclub and features a massive line-up featuring Oscar G, Behrouz, Chus & Ceballos, King Britt, Tom Stephan, Starkillers, Ralph Falcon and many, many more. Finally, its a few days off before cooling down with top talent at the Clevelander Hotel's "Nervous Pool Party" on March 28.

    When you're a performer of Funkerman's caliber, not to share your talent with the world could perhaps be construed as a little... selfish. And so, it is with great regret and a heavy heart that one of our favourite and most respected DJs begins to pack his bags and bids us farewell for a tour that takes in Canada, San Francisco, Orlando and Miami, Florida. But there is one problem! After Funkerman's gigs in the Ukraine and Russia last weekend somebody has robbed him of his CD directory. How dramatic is this? Just before you need to pack your suitcase and fly to the states. So there is no other alternative for Funkerman than to create a complete new CD directory.

    It's been a while since TranceSound.net haven't conducted it's own showcase, since March 2008... nearly 2 years ago, we had the first showcase on different radio station with a number of 20 artists from all around the world. This time, we are trying to have another one, but with Indonesian Djs only, a number of 15. So far so good, we do have a teaser, a line-up of 15 artists and also an official day for it, so we are all ready to go, being aired/broadcasted on Sunday the 14th of March and the show will be for 15 hours, that means 1 Dj, 1 hour each, from 09:00 AM GMT (London time) until the end of the day, midnight 24:00 GMT (London time).

    After he released his debut artist album PURPLE AUDIO (June 2009), and other TNTs (top notch tracks) such as "Wanna Be" along Michael, and also "Photograph" (January 2009), Alex and Vandit Records strike again with another hit, called "Sunset Boulevard" along pure-bliss vocalist, singer and song writer Ana Criado. The single was first released secretly by Alex himself at the annual Trance Energy in The Netherlands in 2009 and has since become a fan favourite and was added in heavy rotation at all major radio shows out there.
